I. Mô tả công việc:

Your mission:

You help potential clients go from:

  • “We might need something…” → “We understand the next step, feel supported, and are ready to move forward.”
  • You will help keep conversations organized, follow up clearly, prepare materials, and make sure nothing important gets lost between first contact and project handoff.

What your days will look like:

1. Build and develop client relationships 

  • Support client communication through email, calls, and follow-up messages.
  • Understand client challenges and identify opportunities where F.Learning can provide value. 
  • Help prepare recap emails, proposals, and coordination documents.
  • Build trust with decision-makers and guide conversations toward meaningful business opportunities. 
  • Make sure clients feel supported, responded to, and well taken care of.

2. Keep the sales and onboarding clients process organized

  • Track opportunities from first contact to signed project and handoff.
  • Update CRM, notes, timelines, and internal records neatly.
  • Coordinate with Account, Production, L&D, and Marketing teams to keep information aligned.
  • Help ensure promises, files, and next steps are handed over properly.

3. Support the team with structure and reliability

  • Follow up on pending items, timelines, and client feedback.
  • Help organize documents, meeting schedules, and proposal materials.
  • Spot missing information early and ask the right practical questions.
  • Use AI tools and simple systems to work faster and more clearly.

4. Nurture and grow existing accounts 

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and past clients.
  • Stay in touch with clients after project completion and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
  • Understand client business goals and proactively suggest relevant solutions.
  • Help ensure clients see F.Learning as a trusted long-term partner rather than a one-time vendor.
  • Track account health and follow up regularly to strengthen relationships over time.

Your background helps if you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree, or you are in your final year of university.
  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, Sales, or related roles. 
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • A careful, proactive, “I’ll handle it” attitude.
  • Experience in account support, client service, project coordination, sales support, or related work is a plus, but not required.
