1. Responsibilities:
- Execute daily Accounts Payable activities, including vendor invoice processing, employee expense processing, payment execution, transaction accuracy review, and responding to internal/external supplier and audit inquiries.
- Perform monthly Accounts Payable close activities, such as preparing manual journal entries, supporting the Accounting Team with close-related inquiries, reconciling vendor statements, and completing month-end account reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements and internal policies for all AP-related tasks.
- Resolve issues independently and proactively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, communicate recommendations effectively, and provide expertise to enhance systems, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist with other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Experience with SAP and Kofax ReadSoft is highly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
