I. What You'll Do:
As a B2B Marketing Intern, you will support the Brand MarCom team in creating partner-focused marketing content, conducting market research, preparing sales materials, and assisting with B2B communication activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is interested in travel marketing, storytelling, destination branding, content creation, and international B2B communication. You will gain hands-on experience in how a DMC markets travel products and destinations to global partners.
II. Key responsibilities:
1. B2B Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, website blogs, and other B2B channels.
- Develop partner-focused content, including destination stories, product highlights, travel updates, and brand messages.
- Ensure content reflects Vivu Journeys’ brand tone, destination expertise, and customer-centric approach.
2. Sales Collateral & Pitching Support
- Support the preparation of pitching decks, company presentations, brochures, fact sheets, and B2B marketing materials.
- Help turn product information, destination knowledge, and itineraries into clear selling points.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather product updates, images, and campaign details.
3. Research & Travel Industry Insights
- Research travel trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and key inbound markets.
- Support competitor benchmarking and identify potential B2B partners, agencies, and market opportunities.
- Summarize insights to support marketing planning and campaign development.
4. Lead Generation & Database Support
- Assist in identifying prospective B2B clients and partner leads.
- Update and organize partner databases, CRM records, contact lists, and campaign data.
- Support basic reporting for marketing activities, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
5. Administrative & Team Support
- Support daily marketing operations, including content coordination, document preparation, and campaign tracking.
- Help organize marketing files, brand assets, images, and product information.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to campaigns, events, partner communication, and brand activities.
III. Who You Are:
- A final-year student or fresh graduate who can commit to a full-time internship, preferably in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
- Interested in the travel and tourism industry, culture, lifestyle and luxury.
- Good command of English, especially in writing and reading.
- Familiar with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, or email marketing tools.
- Able to create simple but clear content for social media, presentations, newsletters, or blogs.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to work with data, documents, and marketing materials.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Comfortable working with different teams and receiving feedback.
- Responsible, respectful, collaborative, and open-minded.
