1. Company Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative who is result oriented to help us expand our business.
- We're seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives at all levels, both experienced and entry-level. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to sales, we offer opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment. Join our team and help drive success by connecting with clients, building relationships, and contributing to our mission. Training and support will be provided for all candidates.
2. Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for and exploit potential customers through various channels (email, social media, seminars, events, etc.);
- Introduce and advise on the company's services to potential customers;
- Listen to and analyze customer requirements to provide suitable solutions, helping improve their operational efficiency;
- Transfer detailed customer requirements to the technical team, ensuring that the solution is designed accurately and meets the customer’s needs;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and project progress;
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and continued cooperation in the future.
3. Qualifications:
- Experienced candidates: At least 1 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Outsourcing industry, with the ability to source clients in English-speaking markets such as APAC, EU, and SEA.
- Candidates without experience: Passionate about business development, with a strong desire to break through income barriers and push personal limits. Fresher candidates are expected to work full-time. Interns are required to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Professional communication skills with good analytical thinking;
- Persistent and resilient in pursuing goals.
4. Benefit & Perks:
- Competitive salary range: Base salary with unlimited commission based on each project. Open to negotiating the base salary based on experience;
