1. Job descriptions:

• Coordinating with Information Technology and the user community to develop functional solutions for existing systems.
• Supporting HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, testing - depending on your personal strength) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems and software).
• Supporting in developing, documenting, and maintaining current and new HRIS business process workflows.

2. Requirements:

• 3rd-year students or freshers majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
• Demonstrated responsibility, a strong learning attitude, and good interpersonal skills
• Available to work 4 days/week
• Proficiency in English (at least 700 TOEIC or equivalent)
