1. Job description:

• Receive product and service requests related to Information Technology.
• Conduct business analysis, clarify requirements, and align them with relevant units.
• Develop analysis documents, requirement specifications, and business process modeling.
• Participate in monitoring the testing process to ensure the quality of the IT system meets the specified requirements.

2. Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from domestic or international universities.
• Major in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Electronics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• At least 01 year of experience in business analysis in banks, financial institutions, corporations, or technology companies.

4. Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in project management, working with Agile methods.
• Broad knowledge of banking and a deep understanding of banking operations.
• Knowledge or practical experience in banking operations.
• Have experience with T24, Kondor, Way4 systems is an advantage.
