1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research and identify potential partners, clients, and market opportunities in the tourism and related sectors
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with partners, travel agents, and other stakeholders
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials
• Design educational programs in alignment with educational goals and objectives
• Investigate and evaluate programs' potential for proposal
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies
• Support the Business Development team with outreach activities and follow-ups
• Assist with other related business development and operational tasks as assigned

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience or academic background in business, marketing, economics, tourism, or related fields is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Commitment to working in line with the core values and social mission of the organization
