1. Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation & outreach: Identify potential clients, conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or networking events, and manage a pipeline of leads.
  • Client engagement & qualification: Understand client needs, qualify leads, set up meetings or demos, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal development & closing: Create and present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market research & strategy: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Account expansion: Collaborate with the account team to explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage client relationships, and generate referrals.

2. How to overcome the challenges:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Business Development Executive or Account Executive or similar roles is a plus.
  • Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients.
  • Willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, has interests in communications and negotiations.
  • Sales-oriented and good organizational skills.
  • Flexible in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
  • Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated.
