REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with less than 01 year of working experience
• GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent
• Passion or career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Being proactive with ownership to go beyond expectation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
• Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
• Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
• Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude

II. DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

• Phase 1 (the first 12 months): focus on learning and working in 2 core departments Transport and Warehouse under Operations Department.
• Phase 2 (the last 12 months): depends on your career orientation You will be assigned the role as Team Leader/ Supervisor to provide additional knowledge, as well as leadership skill.

IV. SELECTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE

• Results notification: August 2024
• On-boarding: Tentative September 2024
