THE VIETNAM MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

With an aim to nurture our future leaders, the Vietnam Management Associate Program is created to offer a fast-track career with intense training for young Vietnamese talents to enhance their competencies and partake in realistic & impactful projects.

As a Management Associate in this 2- year program, you will be assigned to rotate among various teams within various company functions, such as Property, Food and Non-Food. Each MA's program will be tailored to suit their individual skills and professional goals. This will offer targeted exposure to various career fields and global working experience.

• Customer-oriented, strong analytical and good project management skills. Interested in the retail industry and serving our customers & community.
• Good English proficiency.
