1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Present, promote, and sell LitOS services;
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, all stages from Lead Generation -> Deal Won;
  • Manage and track client outreach (using CRM);
  • Strategize innovative and proactive ways to reach new clients;
  • Nurture and drive success for agency clients (Customer Success);
  • Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team;
  • Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service;
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in Account/Sales/ Business Development;
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong Sales skills and experience (Solution selling, SPIN, and Sandler methodologies);
  • Self-study, independent work 
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset;
  • Experience in sales/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce global is an advantage;
