I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Recruitment & Training (50%)

  • Receive Recruitment Requests: Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Screen CVs to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to select the best fit.

Onboarding & Training:

  • Organize comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

2. Internal Communication (20%)

  • Organize Internal Events: Plan and execute team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Enhance Corporate Culture: Develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture.

3. Compensation & Benefits (10%)

  • Employee Welfare Activities: Lead initiatives such as sick visitations, bereavement support, birthday celebrations, and other programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Implement Benefits Programs: Oversee benefit initiatives, recognition programs, and manage monthly/quarterly performance evaluations.

4. HR Management & Employee Relations (10%)

  • Maintain Employee Records: Keep comprehensive and accurate HR documentation, including employee records and labor contracts.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to company policies by tracking and updating employee information.
  • Labor Relations: Address labor relations issues, provide consultations on HR policies, and resolve workplace conflicts through effective communication.

5. Administrative Support & Reporting (10%)

  • HR Administrative Tasks: Support various HR-related administrative functions as directed by management.
  • Prepare HR Reports: Generate periodic reports on key HR metrics, which include recruitment statuses, training effectiveness, and benefits utilization.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension); candidates with strong English communication skills are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
  • Passion for HR and employee engagement.

III. BENEFITS:

  • Monthly salary 13+14
