1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Partner Development:

• Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with end-users and technology providers in Vietnam for Manufacturing Solutions.
• Support the commercialization and market expansion of solutions through local partners.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
• Deliver new partnership targets and maximize revenue/value from partner networks. 

Partner Relationship Management:

• Act as the contact point for assigned partners and key accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
• Monitor partnership performance and ensure commitments are delivered as agreed.

Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:

• Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors in the manufacturing sectors in Vietnam.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness and business growth.

Internal Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as the Product Team, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and project status for management review.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
• Possess an established network of factories and manufacturing enterprises (for Smart Factory) or financial institutions, Fintech, and E-wallet providers. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English) is preferred.
