2. WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED? 

• Degree in an analytical discipline e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, providing a strong foundation in data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Your core skills are in SQL and you have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP a plus).
• Expericence with Tableau 
• Have good knowledge of Statistics
• Experience creating and maintaining data pipelines and processes, as well as automating workflows (e.g. DBT, Cloud Run).
• Self-motivated, you thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating through ambiguity imposed by the matrix structure we work in and the shared decision making that goes with it
• Communication is your strong suit; you translate data requests and analytical tasks and can communicate this back to your team.
• You love a good challenge, using your Problem-Solving skills to tackle diverse data challenges and drive business improvements.
• You’re adventurous with data, constantly seeking new methods or tools to enhance understanding and outcomes.
• Experience and or knowledge of Agile Ways of Working
• You may have prior experience in a Retail, Hospitality or Advertising domain.
• Fluent English skills.
