1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work directly with clients / the Bank's Business Division to survey, collect, and clarify requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and write detailed documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Draw business process diagrams (Business Process Mapping), Use Cases, DFDs, and design Wireframes/Mockups.
• Directly explain and clarify business requirements for the Dev/QC team during development.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the Bank in system acceptance.
• Manage Change Requests arising throughout the project.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA, with hands-on experience in life / non-life insurance projects (preference for experience working with core systems).
• Female candidates preferred; basic English communication skills and ability to write English documentation.
• Solid grasp of business processes and banking domain terminology.
• Proficient in analysis & management tools: Visio, Draw.io, Figma/Axure, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent logical thinking, strong communication, analysis, and direct stakeholder management skills with Bank teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle high pressure in Banking projects.
