1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Relationship Executive (Chinese Speaking) to manage and develop strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency being mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Language, Business or related fields is preferred
  • Accounting and auditing knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client request
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability in report writing
  • Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and ability to work within stringent timelines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong client service mindset with good problem-solving skills
