1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Relationship Executive (Chinese Speaking) to manage and develop strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency being mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Language, Business or related fields is preferred
- Accounting and auditing knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client request
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability in report writing
- Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and ability to work within stringent timelines in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong client service mindset with good problem-solving skills
