The main objective of the Finance Executive position is to collect, process, and synthesize financial data – cash flow – accounts payable for internal reporting. Support the Finance Manager in basic financial data analysis. Participate in compliance control, KYC, and financial process activities.

1. What you will do?

FINANCIAL STRATEGY & DECISION-MAKING

• Support in prepare the input for building and implementing the company's financial strategy
• Support the Board of Management (BOM) in strategic decisions and operating models
• Support in cash flow management and liquidity assurance
• Contribute to building and developing performance indicators and measurement systems

BUDGET & CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

• Support in preparing, monitoring, and controlling budgets
• Support in building relationships with banks/financial institutions

ACCOUNTING, REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

• Reconcile with accounting and prepare cash flow reports/management reports
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting laws on service contracts
• Control and compliance
• Coordinate and work with independent auditors and service providers

KYC, RISK MANAGEMENT & PAYMENT MONITORING

• Collaborate in developing and implementing customer KYC procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to sales staff on the KYC (Customer Identity Verification) process.
• Monitoring and tracking customer payments
• Analyzing payment trends and discrepancies

2. What we are looking for? 

• Graduated from the University majoring in finance, banking, accounting, auditing or related majors.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, ...).
• Professional qualification as a CFA/ACCA, international school graduate, international student is considered a plus
