1. ACTUAL THINGS YOU WILL DO:

• Client experience support: Support the Client Excellence team in managing communication and coordination with corporate clients, startups, and ecosystem partners throughout project execution. 
• Innovation program coordination: Assist in organizing and delivering innovation-related programs such as: Startup scouting projects, Accelerator programs, Corporate innovation programs … and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. 
• Ecosystem research: Conduct desk research on startup ecosystems, innovation trends, emerging technologies, potential startup partners … 
• Content & documentation: Support the preparation of Client proposals, Project reports, Workshop materials, Ecosystem insights and program content … - Internal collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including research, marketing, and program teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

2. THE REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and responsible 
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment 
• A proactive communicator and team player 
• Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving 

Skills: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Good organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to research and synthesize information 
• Good command of both Vietnamese and English
