We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Compensation & Benefits team. This position will support the team in managing employee compensation and benefits-related activities, maintaining accurate HR data, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in C&B processes and develop a strong understanding of HR operations within a dynamic and professional working environment. 

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes. 
• Assist with the administration of social insurance, health insurance, personal income tax, and other statutory requirements in compliance with applicable regulations. 
• Prepare HR documents and materials, maintain employee records, and ensure HR data is accurately updated in relevant HR systems. 
• Support the communication and implementation of HR policies and provide basic guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and entitlements. 
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or trainer. 

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Third-year, final-year or fresh graduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. 
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.  
• Good command of English. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

3. HIRING PROCESS:

• Phone Screening > Onsite Interview & Test > Offering. 
• Allowance: 4,000,000VND Gross/month
