1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the role:
- As a Fund Administrative Associate, you will be part of an international team providing professional fund administration services to global clients. This role offers a strong foundation in the financial services industry, especially in areas such as investor services, client onboarding (KYC), and fund operations. You will work closely with colleagues from our Head Office in Singapore to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients, maintain accurate records, and handle client requests in a professional and timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with colleagues in the Head Office to provide Fund administrative services to clients (Know Your Client services, managing investor listing & administrative services, transfer agency services)
- Liaise and clarify queries from clients regarding the services provided.
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by managers.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
