1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support monthly content planning for Internal Communications and Employer Branding activities.
• Create and execute content, visuals, and short-form videos for social and internal channels.
• Support job seeding and candidate acquisition across relevant channels and communities.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with communication campaigns, events, and other EB-related projects.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interest in Employer Branding or Content Creation.
• Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Good visual sense, layout skills, and awareness of social media design trends.
• Good writing skills with a creative and social-first mindset.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working hands-on across content, visual, video, job seeding, and internal communication tasks.
• Available to work part-time with flexible scheduling.
• Portfolio is preferred.
