I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Customer Care (Main duty):

• Manage large amount of customer request on daily basis
• Identify and access customers’ needs to archive satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
• Perform essential request from Customers and task as Customer Care Staff such as: VAT request; point accumulation redemption; exchange product request, product quality feedback; other related to customer service.
• Read and response email according to Lotte Mall’s information.
• First response to emergency requests, situations and direct to respondent section.

2. VIP Guest Service (6-month support):

• Welcoming customers at the VIP Lounge of the shopping mall
• Taking care of VIP customer, ensures customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge
• Providing information for VIP customers, ensuring the best conditions at the VIP Lounge
• Collect information from potential customers to support making VIP cards
