I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Customer Service Management:

• Develop ideas to enhance customer’s satisfaction
• Resolve all customer queries and complaints
• Give proposal on the solution to prevent arising issues or complaints
• Research & making strategy to enhance the service quality for normal customers and VIP customers

2. Service Training:

• Take part in all training courses about Service Mind for brand staff, Lotte staff and outsourcing staff
• Update training materials, create new training courses

3. Front Office Supervision:

• Managing and training Front Office staff
• Daily checking duties: Staff appearance, store's hygiene, displayed products and other related service duty on-site
• Take care of customer contact points: VIP Lounge, Service Lounge, Information Desk, POP, customer’s facilities
• Support events, promotion as being required
