I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Working time:

  • Work in shifts
  • Working schedule according to company arrangements
  • Average working time 46 hours/week
  • 2 days off/ week (weekday) 

2. What you will do:

  • Support merchants, and customers to handle orders problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services;
  • Manage and maintain customer information database;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Japanese equivalent to N2 level; 
  • English equivalent to Toeic 700-750, or IELTS 6.0-6.5
  • Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
  • No prior customer service experience is required;
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus;
  • Age: Prefer under 27.
  • CV in Japanese or English
