1. Mô tả công việc
What will you do
- Support merchants, and customers to handle orders problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
- Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services;
- Manage and maintain customer information database;
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
2. Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Japanese equivalent to N2 level;
- English equivalent to Toeic 700-750, or IELTS 6.0-6.5
- Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
- Have a personal laptop;
- No prior customer service experience is required;
- Experience in a similar position is a plus;
- Age: Prefer under 26.
