1. Mô tả công việc:

• Provide accurate and timely information to clients and partners on details of company's products and services
• Resolve customer's issue by providing the appropriate solutions following company's SOP
• Responds to client inquiries and correspondence in timely manner
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
• Collaborate with other departments to meet clients' requirements
• Makes sure that customers are always up-to-date with company's latest capabilities
• Manage company's tracker, record, and database; ensuring data is always promptly updated
• Other tasks as assigned

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, communication, journalism, English language, etc. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
• Ability to quickly process and organize large amounts of information and identify and assess items of the greatest importance
• Relevant monitoring and analysis experience
• Strong English proficiency, writing and speaking skills
• Comfortable working in independent, remote, fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize projects
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and multimedia software, including publishing and analytics tools
