1. ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You won’t just be answering support tickets. From day one, you’ll be working directly with real businesses – understanding how they operate, where they struggle and how AI & technology can change that. As a Customer Success Associate at Rework, you sit at the intersection of product, operations and people.
- This is a role for someone who learns fast, communicates clearly and wants to understand how businesses actually work – not from a textbook, but from the inside.
- If you’ve been involved in clubs, competitions, or projects where you had to figure things out, lead others or solve problems with limited resources – you already think like us.
2. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Onboard new customers onto Rework’s platform (CRM, Productivity, HRM, AI Agents) and help them get set up for real-world use
- Run training sessions and check-ins to drive adoption and early wins
- Monitor customer health data and flag risks before they become problems
- Coordinate across Sales, Product and Customer Success to make sure every client gets the right outcome
- Document your learnings – every customer is a case study in how businesses operate
3. WHO YOU ARE:
- Fresh graduate or less than 6 months of full-time work experience
- You’ve led something before – a club, a project, an event, a team – and you know what it means to take ownership
- Strong communicator in English, you’re comfortable presenting to a room
- Genuinely curious about how businesses run – you’ve wondered how a company actually makes money, builds systems or scales
- You see AI not as a threat but as the most interesting shift happening right now – and you want to be in the room where it’s being applied
- Logical, structured thinker; you break down problems before jumping to solutions
4. WHY THIS ROLE:
- The tech industry – especially SaaS and AI – is moving faster than ever. This role gives you front-row access to dozens of different business models, operations stacks and CEOs conversations every year.
- If you ever want to build your own business, manage a team, or grow into a leadership role in tech – this is the foundation. It will be hard to get this exposure anywhere else at this stage of your career.
5. COMPENSATION:
- Average total earnings: $900 – $1,200/month (Base salary: $450/month fixed + performance bonuses + quality incentives). Your income grows directly with the value you deliver.
- Structured growth path into Junior & Senior CS within 12 – 18 months based on performance.
