2. Job description:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
- Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
- Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
- Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher level to handle customer's issues promptly
- Other internal support if required
3. Requirements: Welcome Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Good customer service mindset
