2. Job description:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
  • Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
  • Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
  • Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher level to handle customer's issues promptly
  • Other internal support if required

3. Requirements: Welcome Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation

  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good customer service mindset
