1. Mô tả công việc:

• Engage in discussions with the Client to gather business requirements, understand credit risk decision strategy logic, rules and credit scoring approach – and be able to translate these into technical implementation in Risk Modeling and Decisioning Solution.

• Analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming in the system to satisfy business requirements.

• Interact with the technical counterparts (e.g., LOS/ESB Team, Analytics Solution Team, Data Owners, Database Administrators, Infrastructure Administration Team, etc.) to align integration specifications and requirements.

• Support to ideate the solution architecture and data flow that will meet the business requirements, and identify the components required such as data sources, banking applications, analytics platforms, API Integration points, etc.

• Support project manager/senior consultant in supplying input for project implementation plan, timeline and resource estimates.

• Attend e-learnings and other trainings (given by senior consultants).

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Fresh graduate majoring in Quantitative (in one of the following fields: Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Finance, Applied Mathematics), Statistics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other technical discipline.

• 0-1 years of experience in Business Intelligence, being familiar with databases, statistical and programming tools, will 

• Experience with SAS system is an advantage.

• Experience with the followings is a plus:

• Programming languages for data science such as R, Python, MatLab, Toad, SQL developer, SSMS, etc.

• SQL query with Oracle DB and MS SQL server

• Database systems such as Oracle Database, MS SQL server, etc.

• ETL tools such as ODI, SSIS, Airflow, Talend, etc..

• Visual reporting tools such as OBIEE, PowerBI, Oracle Data Analytics, Tableau, Qlik, etc.

• Passionate about project delivery, programming, and solving problems with the mix of data, analytics and technology. 

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Strong logical and critical thinking.

• Detail and process oriented.

• Able to work independently as well as work with a team. 

• Able to work in diverse, cross-nationality, virtual teams and partners. 

• Able to read and understand technical documents in English, communicate and deliver basic presentations in English fluently.
