I. Mô tả công việc:

We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Employer Branding Intern to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:

This position focuses primarily on employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s image as an employer of choice, while supporting the recruitment process across various functions.

1.Employer Branding (80%):

• Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and manage content (articles, visuals, videos) that highlight company culture, people stories, and workplace values.
• Support campus recruitment and career event activities, including logistics, communication materials, and post-event reports.
• Conduct market research and benchmark top employers to identify creative EB trends and ideas.
• Collaborate with the PR & Marketing and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity.

2. Talent Acquisition (20%):

• Maintain candidate database, and update recruitment reports.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.

III. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
