1. About the IGNITE Internship Program:

• IGNITE is a standard12-week internship at FedEx designed to give high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the world of work.
• Through real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, and curated learning experiences, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

2. What You’ll Gain:

3. What You'll Do:

• Support Vietnam Operations Excellence (OE) in conducting weekly deep dives into clearance service performance
• Contribute to initiatives that drive clearance excellence and operational efficiency
• Design and develop a PowerBI dashboards to enhance visibility and management of Cost Per Package (Cost Per Package) performance
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support performance tracking and continuous improvement
• Conduct data analysis on operational data and summarize insights

4. Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or those who have recently graduated from Data Analysis, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, who are:

• Available to join us in June 2026
• Curious and eager to learn
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Able to commit for at least 12 weeks

Note: Open to International Students with valid student pass & VISA.
