1. Mô tả công việc:

• Collect, process, categorize, and validate financial data from multiple sources.
• Clean and prepare datasets to support internal management reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and visualize management dashboards using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process optimization and automation.
• Explore and apply new technologies, including automation tools and AI applications, to improve data processing workflows.
• Support the preparation of financial data and materials for fundraising presentations and business decision-making

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, or Data Analysis within Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Experience in data cleaning, data preparation, and dashboard visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn and apply new tools or software in finance.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA, or Python.
• Experience working in a startup, technology, or fast-paced environment.
