Future Shaper Program 2026 là chương trình phát triển tài năng trẻ lần đầu tiên được triển khai tại Việt Nam, dành riêng cho sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có dưới 2 năm kinh nghiệm quan tâm tới ngành Dệt may, Vật liệu hoặc Quản lý công nghiệp.

Tiếp nối sự thành công của năm 2025, chương trình Future Shaper Program 2026 là hành trình được thiết kế thăng tiến nhanh chóng trong vòng 12 tháng giúp các bạn trẻ trở thành Production Specialist, đóng vai trò trọng yếu trong chuỗi sản xuất của Decathlon (thông thường vị trí này yêu cầu ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm).

I. Vị trí công việc:

1. Production Supply: You guarantee the availability of our products at the right time, at the right place, ensuring our users never miss a step.

• Prepare each season with the best supply solutions.
• Ensure component availability and optimized stock for Finished Goods production.
• Anticipate production capacity and manage planning according to the Finished Goods production strategy.
• Ensure accurate Finished Goods order pricing and on-time delivery.
• Develop supplier supply chain management maturity and autonomy.
• Improve supply flexibility and efficiency.
• Detect unacceptable situations for People & Planet and mitigate negative impacts.

2. Production Industrialization: You will be the architect behind transforming innovative prototypes into high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible mass-produced sporting goods.

You'll directly guarantee the seamless reproduction of our prototypes, ensuring they meet Decathlon's rigorous quality, cost, and lead time requirements, while upholding our commitment to environmental standards

• Supplier Management: Proactively manage our industrial partners, leveraging your expertise to foster strong, collaborative relationships
• Technical Feasibility: Master the technical requirements of the production process, ensuring designs are technically feasible for mass production
• Sample Validation: Oversee and validate sample production, ensuring strict adherence to quality and design specifications
• Cost Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in process cost, identifying efficiencies without compromising quality
• Process Mastery: Become the expert in our industrialization rules, applying them effectively to your dedicated production processes.
• Production Line Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize production lines, enhancing efficiency and output
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the guardian of technical requirements, ensuring all production aspects meet our exacting standards.

III. Ai là “Future Shaper” mà Decathlon đang tìm kiếm?

• Sinh viên vừa tốt nghiệp hoặc có dưới 2 năm kinh nghiệm.
• GPA ≥ 3.0, ưu tiên ứng viên có thành tích nổi bật trong các cuộc thi liên quan.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (TOEIC ≥ 800 / IELTS ≥ 6.5).
• Đam mê sản xuất, phát triển bền vững và học hỏi qua trải nghiệm thực tế.
• Có tư duy phân tích tốt, ham học hỏi và sẵn sàng đón nhận thử thách.
