1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Blue Belt is a global company that has its headquarter located in the vibrant city of Tokyo, Japan and a state-of-the-art Technology Center situated in the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi.
- The Human Resources General Affairs Officer will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
General Affairs (40%):
- Asset Management: Labelling, managing the company facilities, equipment that handed over for employees
- Purchasing: Manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment, including sourcing, negotiating, and inventory management.
- Handle employees’ issues: Parking ticket, working equipment...
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room reservations, ensuring availability and suitability for required purposes.
Compensation and Benefits (30%):
- Conduct and manage all the mandatory Social Insurance & PIT jobs
- Manage Health Insurance (PVI) for employees
- Record timesheet, manage annual leave, sick leave, overtime for staff.
- Co-work with Team for monthly payroll & prepare all reports (newcomer, resignation, movement cases) on time
- Prepare and control duration of probation contract, labor contract to ensure on time and compliance with the labor law
- File and control employee databases (online tracking file, documents) to ensure the information is filled-in fully and accurately
Internal Communication/Employer Branding (30%):
- Company Events: Plan and execute company events, handling logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Content Creation: Write engaging posts for Facebook and LinkedIn to boost engagement and visibility.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage TikTok content, highlighting company culture and achievements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop internal communication materials and promote events to keep employees informed and engaged.
2. REQUIREMENT:
- Graduated from TOP University with major related to Economics, Business
- 1 years or more of relevant work experience in General Affairs or C&B
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Familiar with using Excel, Words and Powerpoint and Google Drive
- Have experience in using Canva, Photoshop is a plus
- Interested in exploring new Technology
- Have good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation ( Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)

- Have the ability to study and capture new business domains quickly.
- Ability of working independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime.
Remuneration Package:
- Salary: $500 - $800/month
- Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (5 days per week); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00
- 100% Offered Salary in probation time
