1. General description

• Number of people to be recruited: Up to 5
• Workplace: Tokyo Global Headquarters (Work in Ho Chi Minh City for the first 02 months, and then transfer to Tokyo upon obtaining the necessary documents)
• Working time: 8 hours/day; Core time: 9:00-14:00; Break: 1 hour; 2 days off/week

2. Departments

• First year: Human Resources Department/CEO Office
• Second year onwards: Based on career discussions with GLP candidates, the assigned departments include but are not limited to the following:
  • Human Resources
  • Corporate Management & Control (Finance & Accounting)
  • Legal and Compliance
  • Store Development
  • Global Supply Chain Management (Logistics)
  • Business Structure Transformation (Purchasing)
  • E-commerce

3. Candidate profile

• Required
  • Vietnamese nationality and currently based in Vietnam
  • New Graduates (Bachelor/Master) or Graduates with less than 3 years of experience
  • Cumulative GPA 7.5+ and good command of English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent level)
  • Will or have obtained graduation certificate by September 2025
  • Currently not being employed or accepting job offers by any entities within FR Group (UNIQLO Vietnam, Fast Retailing Vietnam)
• Preferred
  • Have an interest in the Apparel Retail business
  • Have a passion for being a Global Leader; willing to work in Japan and globally
  • Have a sincere interest in Japanese society, culture, and language. Commit to acquiring JLPT N2 within 2 years of joining

4. Career path

• First 02 months: introductory training in Ho Chi Minh City, and document preparation
• After 02 months: Work at the Human Resources department, Tokyo Global Headquarters for 1 year, then rotating to other departments
• After 03 - 05 years: Continue to play an active role, based on the achievements and career intentions, in one of the following options:

1. 1. Management candidate in Vietnam at any relevant department
   2. Continue working as a Leader Candidate at any relevant department in Global Headquarters
   3. Work in other countries or in other brands

• Competitive salary package: Annual salary: ~ 1 tỉ VND (¥6,200,000)/ Face-value salary ¥390,000, half-year bonus (¥780,000 per time, including 2 times per year), and performance bonus
