• 4th - year students majoring in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields 
• Basic English communication (good reading/writing for email)
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas: Sum, Vlookup, Pivot are plus point)
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from real working cases.
• Positive, energetic, adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
