1.Job Description:
In your new role you will:
- Support on-site hiring processes and activities at Hanoi
- Assist in posting open positions to the local job portals
- Investigate the local labor market trend and recruitment platforms in Vietnam
- Propose ideas on localized content for social media
- Support recruitment branding efforts by assisting with employer branding initiatives
2. Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track of Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Hands-on experiences in arranging or promoting events/programs
- Keenness on trends in Vietnam, heavily using social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
- Innovative and proactive mindset to propose new ideas
- Communication skills for strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Fluent skills in English and Vietnamese language (both written and spoken)
