I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment:

  • Conducting the recruitment process to select the suitable team member according to the requirement of operation and market situation: advertise, collect CVs, interview arrangement, etc.

2. Compensation and benefit:

  • Help monitoring the monthly casual-and-trainee attendance, monthly payroll for all hotel part-time staffs.

3. Staff Relations:

  • Assist HRD in organizing staff activities that bring a good working environment and build the team spirit to all hotel staffs

4. Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by HRD/Training Manager

II. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Tourism Management or other related subjects is an advantage

III. BENEFITS:

  • Monthly allowance: Maximum 1,000,000VND
  • Working hours: 8:30AM-06:00PM, from Monday to Friday
  • Polite working environment with lunch at staff canteen and free parking lot
