1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide support across all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings on recruitment platforms, candidate outreach, welcoming candidates, coordinating assessments, and scheduling interviews.
  • Update and organize candidate CVs, assist in maintaining resume databases, and input candidate information as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the company's recruitment fan page to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Publish job advertisements on the website and relevant recruitment channels.
  • Enhancing the company's employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and manage recruitment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and quick approach to work, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent memory and adaptability.
  • Commitment to long-term internship (minimum 3 months).
  • Solid understanding of economics or equivalent professional experience, enhancing decision-making and task execution.
