1. Mô tả công việc:

• Support daily inbound logistics operations under the guidance of the Team Leader.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and monitor delivery status updates.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for receiving, inspection, and storage activities
• Handle basic inbound issues such as delays, short shipments, and missing documentation.
• Assist in preparing and verifying import documentation (invoice, packing list, delivery notes).
• Maintain accurate inbound data in ERP/SAP systems and support basic reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments (WH, R&D, QC, Planning, ACC…) under supervision.
• Actively participate in process learning and improvement. 
• Other tasks delegated by the line manager.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Internship experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations and willingness to learn. 
• Good MS Office Skills; knowledge of Power BI or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
