1. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The primary value is minimizing risk while maximizing returns for our clients.

2. MULTIPLE TASKS INCLUDE:

• Support market studies. Collate information and develop financial modelling.
• In-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
• Assess project viability or property value.
• Manage reports, data, outtakes and highest and best use development recommendations.
• Interact with various cultures and clients at all levels.

3. INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Gather required information via calls, internet search, and other sources.
• Draft and/or translate reports when required.
• Prepare financial models under team supervision.
• Support and assist project administration.

4. REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)

5. Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

6. Working time: Monday to Friday.
