1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Internship program offers a challenging hands-on structured experience. You will be working side-by-side with Schenker's Land Department employees learning the process, terminology, and skills required to be successful in a fast-paced operation handling a varied customer base. You will be learning about trucking process, especially in cross-border trucking, stakeholder engagement and various skills to enhance your career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on board as a full time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Operations:
- Execute transportation operations in accordance to the SOP and stipulated KPIs
- Directly take care of tracing, booking land-bridge truck.
- Support all functions for all related transportation matter.
- Work closely with KAM/Sales team, Schenker oversea, subcontractors & other departments to get updated business information & solve problems if happens.
- Work and keep closely contact with customers to set good relationship & get their support in every operation.
- Escalate to direct Team leader and manager (if any) for any problem and issues.
- Follow the instruction of team leader and manager all time.
- Ensure that internal report is completed accurately and timely
- Ensure that TMS operation is done correctly and timely
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Chinese is advance
- Good English communication skills (listening,speaking, reading, writing).
- Excel, word computer skills.
- Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
- Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly, being diligent, careful and meticulous
- English & Vietnamese, communication skills
- University degree in Logistics operation/Logistics engineering
