I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Program Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and kickstart your career at a leading global automotive company.

2. Working Location:

• 6 interns in Hanoi office (23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem) – for Business/Marketing, and Human Resources candidates
• 6 interns in Hai Duong Plant (Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong) – for Technical Engineering candidates

3. Internship Duration: 12 Months (full-time), tentative start date: September 1, 2026

• First 2 months – Foundation Training: Build a solid foundation in industry knowledge, corporate culture, and professional skills, while participating in real projects
• Next 10 months – Hands-on Experience: Work directly within specialized departments, guided and supported by a dedicated Mentor

4. Positions: Engineering/ Sales/ Marketing/ Services/ HR/ Supply Chain & Logistics

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
• Candidates with Technical engineering background: GPA from 2.5/4.0
• Candidates with Business/HR background: GPA from 3.0/4.0
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong soft skills, eagerness to learn, and a drive for personal development
