I. MAJOR TASKS:

1. Document Scanning & Bookkeeping

• Verify data and documents and post entries to accounting book
• Settle payment on time and no double payment;
• Issue invoices and manage account receivable aging
• Entry recording into accounting book
• Accurate and on time process of transactions and tasks

2. Reporting

• Prepare accounting and management reports which are required by line managers

II. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree

2. Skill:

• Fluent in national local language and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to tell insight from spreadsheet

3. Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of general tax regulations and general accepted accounting principles
