1. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Zalo, and SMS
  • Qualify leads by asking the right questions: What machine? When do they need it? What is their budget?
  • Classify and prioritize leads by buying readiness (Hot / Warm / Cold) and update records accordingly
  • Contact potential customers proactively — follow up, re-engage cold leads, and move warm leads toward a meeting with the sales team
  • Maintain organized records of all leads, conversations, and status updates in our CRM system (Zendesk — full training provided)
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on lead volume, response rate, and lead quality
  • Conduct happy calls with existing customers to build long-term relationships

3. Requirements:

These are non-negotiable:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or customer support
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer contacts per day without dropping quality
  • Comfortable working with Facebook, Zalo, and SMS as primary communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills — you track everything, forget nothing
  • Experience managing customer data in any system (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
  • Excellent Vietnamese communication skills — clear, professional, and warm
  • Comfortable reading and writing in English for daily internal communication — emails, reports, and system updates

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Zendesk or any CRM platform
  • Familiarity with Manychat or similar automation tools
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of construction or heavy equipment
