1. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via Facebook, Zalo, and SMS
- Qualify leads by asking the right questions: What machine? When do they need it? What is their budget?
- Classify and prioritize leads by buying readiness (Hot / Warm / Cold) and update records accordingly
- Contact potential customers proactively — follow up, re-engage cold leads, and move warm leads toward a meeting with the sales team
- Maintain organized records of all leads, conversations, and status updates in our CRM system (Zendesk — full training provided)
- Prepare simple weekly reports on lead volume, response rate, and lead quality
- Conduct happy calls with existing customers to build long-term relationships

3. Requirements:
These are non-negotiable:
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or customer support
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of customer contacts per day without dropping quality
- Comfortable working with Facebook, Zalo, and SMS as primary communication tools
- Strong organizational skills — you track everything, forget nothing
- Experience managing customer data in any system (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Excellent Vietnamese communication skills — clear, professional, and warm
- Comfortable reading and writing in English for daily internal communication — emails, reports, and system updates
Nice to have:
- Experience with Zendesk or any CRM platform
- Familiarity with Manychat or similar automation tools
- Interest in or basic knowledge of construction or heavy equipment
