1. About This Program:
The EDP is designed for individuals who are passionate about engineering for product innovation. Participants will gain exposure to various engineering functions, including:
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product Support Engineering (PSE)
- Value Engineering (VE)
- Testing Laboratory
- Electrical Engineering
- Motor Engineering
- Console Engineering
- Other engineering career pathways supporting Milwaukee product development
The ODP is designed for future operations professionals who want to develop broad business and manufacturing expertise. Participants will rotate through key operational functions, including:
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations Project Management
- Quality Management
- Manufacturing Production and Preventive Maintenance
- Industrial Engineering
- Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- EHS and ESG
- Other functions supporting factory operations and business excellence
As an EDP/ODP Trainee, you will be part of the Factory Management Department, which will oversee and support your development throughout the program.
- Rotate through three different departments based on your interests.
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple functions.
- Discover your strengths and career aspirations.
- Take ownership of choosing the departments you want to experience.
- Select one department from your Year 1 rotations.
- Work as a full-time team member within that function.
- Deepen your technical and professional expertise.
- Build strong relationships and demonstrate your long-term potential.
- If there is a mutual fit between you and the department, you will officially transfer from the Factory Management Department to your chosen function.
- You will begin your long-term career path with a structured Individual Development Plan.
- The plan will be approved by Factory Management and your department leadership.

4. Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or other related discipline.
- Minimum GPA of 7.0/10 or 2.7/4.0.
- Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Experience

Fresh graduate or candidates with less than one year of professional experience.
