1. Job description: (related to LEAN & CI functions)

• Training & Development: Undergo comprehensive training in Lean principles and methodologies (5S, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, CI concepts), specifically integrated with garment manufacturing production flow and technical production knowledge. 
• Strategic Project Participation: Collaborate with the Lean Specialist to drive cross functional projects, including Smart Factory initiatives, Automation, and the development of Continuous Improvement & Policies. 
• Data-Driven Consultation: Consult directly with the Lean Specialist, Factory Director and Factory Management Director (VP) to identify improvement opportunities by gathering and analyzing production data. 
• Strategic Factory Expansion: Play a consultative and facilitative role in the YIC 3rd Factory Project (Quy Ninh). Provide strategic input regarding factory layout, construction planning, and machinery selection to ensure the production system is optimized from day one. 
• Automation Adoption: Manage the end-to-end testing of new machinery, coordinate factory-level trials, and report performance metrics to VP. 
• Machine Procurement Management: Manage the end-to-end machine procurement process, overseeing everything from the initial identification of factory needs, calculating Return-on-investment (ROI) to final acquisition. 
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Lead SRM activities by building and maintaining strategic partnerships with global machine vendors, ensuring YIC has access to cutting-edge technology and superior technical support. 
• Asset & Maintenance Control: Oversee the complete inventory of machinery and equipment across all YIC factories; coordinate maintenance activities and monitor resource utilization to implement preventive measures that minimize production downtime. 
• Data Analysis: perform the report of analyzing the production insights to Management Board under the guidance of FMD VP.

3. Your Perfect Profile: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Economics/ Garment manufacturing/ Industrial Management are preferred
• Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingess to take on challenges in the manufacturing environment.
• LEAN knowledge and practie experience if any.
• Language: Proficient in spoken and written English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
• Microsoft Office: Excel & Powerpoint
• Additional skills (if any): AutoCad; Sketchup.
