1. General Description:

Our internship program offers a challenging hands-on structured experience. You will be working side-by-side with Schenker's employees learning the process, terminology, and skills required to be successful in a fast-paced operation handling a varied customer base. You will learn about trucking process, especially in domestics trucking, stakeholder engagement and various skills to enhance your career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on board as a full-time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.

2. Specific Accountabilities:

• Execute transportation operations in accordance with the SOP and stipulated KPIs
• Support all functions for all related transportation matters.
• Work and keep close contact with customers to set good relationships & get their support in every operation.
• Escalate to direct Team leader and manager (if any) for any problem and issues.
• Follow the instructions of team leader and manager all time.
• Ensure that internal report is completed accurately and timely
• Ensure that TMS operation is done correctly and timely

3. Job Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Excel, word computer skills.
• Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly, being diligent, careful and meticulous
• English & Vietnamese communication skills
• University degree in Logistics operation/Logistics engineering
• MS Office using fluently
