II. PROGRAM INTRODUCTION:

“Mareso Future Leadership” is a talent recruitment and development program initiated by MARESO to identify and develop high-potential talents for its International Business Development Department. 

The program offers a unique combination of structured learning, mentorship from experienced leaders, real business challenges, and accelerated career development opportunities. We believe that exceptional people, when given the right opportunities and support, can create extraordinary impact.

• Select high-potential candidates from top universities 
• Develop candidates through strategic and practical challenges 
• Build a future leadership pipeline for key positions within Mareso 

IV. TARGET PARTICIPANTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates 
• Relevant majors: Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, High-Tech Agriculture 
• Candidates who demonstrate critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a desire for sustainable career growth

VI. PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

1. Phase 1: Application & Selection 

• CV Submission (English CV required)
• CV Screening Criteria: Leadership Potential - Problem Solving - Learning Agility - Teamwork & Communication - Language Proficiency - Growth Mindset
• HR Interview
• Final Interview with the Board of Management

2. Phase 2: Business Immersion & Leadership Challenge (3 weeks)

• Company immersion and business exposure
• Site visits and meetings with key business leaders
• Individual or team-based case study challenge on real business issues
• Hands-on project challenge with mentor guidance 
• Evaluation Criteria: Leadership Potential - Critical Thinking - Problem Solving – Collaboration – Adaptability - Digital Capability

3. Phase 3: Solution Presentation & Evaluation

• Format: 15-minute presentation + 10-minute Q&A with the Board of Directors 
• Evaluation criteria: Creativity - Feasibility - Presentation skills - Teamwork 

4. Phase 4: Awards & Career Opportunities

Platinum Award

• Cash prize: 20,000,000 VND 
• 1-on-1 practical executive training with the CEO 
• 3-month paid internship at Mareso 
• Internship allowance: 7,000,000 VND/month 

Gold Award

• Cash prize: 15,000,000 VND 
• 1-on-1 practical executive training with the CEO 
• 3-month paid internship at Mareso 
• Internship allowance: 7,000,000 VND/month 

Silver Award

• Cash prize: 10,000,000 VND 
• 1-on-1 practical executive training with the CEO 
• 3-month paid internship at Mareso 
• Internship allowance: 7,000,000 VND/month 

Bronze Award

• Cash prize: 5,000,000 VND 
• 1-on-1 practical executive training with the CEO 
• 3-month paid internship at Mareso 
• Internship allowance: 7,000,000 VND/month 

Note: All interns will undergo a comprehensive evaluation and may be offered accelerated career opportunities and an official full-time position at Mareso upon successful completion of the program.

Internship roadmap:

• Advanced Training → Real Project Participation → Senior Management Mentoring → Evaluation → Opportunity to Become Official Employee

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
