I. Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing plans, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, and participating in campaigns to promote the organization's services. The individual will collaborate closely with team members to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and optimize communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and student engagement.
II. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content
- Research topics, plan content, and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly content aligned with campaigns, courses, and enrollment seasons
- Develop content calendars for channels: Facebook (page & group), LinkedIn, Zalo, Website
- Create content: social posts, SEO articles, roundup posts, event recaps, video scripts
- Manage and operate channels: posting, updating course schedules, promotions, and visuals
- Community management: engage and respond to comments and members across platforms
2. Communication
- Collaborate with Designers to produce communication materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Participate in content production, including appearing in videos (reviews, branding, interviews, viral content) when required
3. Event & Campaign support
- Build and develop partnerships with universities, clubs, organizations, and businesses
- Research, propose, and implement sponsorship and collaboration programs
- Generate ideas and coordinate with speakers and partners for events/campaigns
- Support event execution, including coordination and task allocation within the team
- Track sponsorship deliverables, manage data, and optimize future activities
4. Reporting
- Monitor lead status on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Track and update data/inquiries into CRM (from website, landing pages, groups, marketing collections, emails, etc.) and cross-check with Sales (ECs)
- Collaborate with Sales to track, reconcile, and process inquiries
5. Other Responsibilities
- Prepare P&L reports and support administrative tasks related to Marketing
- Source and manage partners (learning platforms, email marketing tools, website vendors)
- Coordinate gift production and support materials for students
III. Requirement:
1. Knowledge & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing or a degree in Marketing is an advantage
- Strong writing skills with storytelling ability across multiple formats (articles, video, email)
- Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut)
- Understanding of SEO, websites, and landing pages
2. Personal Attributes
- Presentable appearance and strong communication skills
- Confident on camera, quick to catch short-form content trends
- Creative, proactive, and able to execute ideas efficiently
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn, teamwork, and strong collaboration skills
IV. Working time & Location:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Location: FTMS Hanoi Office - 4th Floor, Fafim A Building, NBT Holding, 19 Nguyen Trai, Khuong Dinh Ward, Hanoi
